This is when their professionalism really starts. The information we supply is thoroughly checked and should any additional detail be required it is requested and the job won’t move on until supplied, a great reassurance for me because I admit our instruction at times is not all it could be!

Ultra Interior Linings supervisors and contractors understand the building process and are always willing to work with other trades to enable the whole job to run smoothly, a very important point to me. All are professional and courteous to our staff and most importantly our clients, once they have taken on the responsibility for the house our own construction managers have little need to take any further part in the process as the three stages Ultra Interior Linings are responsible for; fixing, stopping and painting flow without interruption.

In the past we have used other drywall contractors who have been able to achieve a good quality of work but none have the ability to successfully complete the three consecutive processes that Ultra Interior Linings specialize in; fixing, stopping and painting, and it is that seamless end-to-end process which works so well for us.

To run a complex job without missing details and so eliminate the need for rework and costly maintenance issues, Ultra Interior Linings offer us the assurance that our job is being done professionally and that the final product will be delivered in a timely manner.

We have built a substantial house in Whitford and used Ultra Interior Linings for a gib supply, fix, stop and paint. They also supplied and fitted all our Alto Plaster cornices. Our construction time line had gone longer than expected but our move in date could not be moved because we were renting. We feel by using Ultra Interior Linings, they were so efficient and did the job in less time than we had anticipated therefore we met our deadline for moving in.

I have been in the building trade for 20 years and have an eye for quality of workmanship. Although they exceeded my timeline the quality of their work was without fault. I would highly recommend them for anyone building a house because not only could I highly recommend their quality, but just as important is their speed and reliability.
