At Ultra we formally recognise the need for constant improvement and the necessity of reviewing how we work to get the best results for the customer. We have developed a “Plan-Do-Check-Act” quality assurance programme, to ensure that jobs are monitored daily thus ensuring that delivery is consistent and that jobs meet or exceed customer requirements.

We monitor jobs through daily site visits and check the jobs status in accordance to our quality assurance sheets, assigned to each job - rigorous inspections are undertaken. Information is collected and recorded in the Job Information System. This information has alerts associated with it to indicate the job status. We then review delivery to ensure that our expectation has delivered the customers requirements.
